I wasn't quite sure what to title today's post. Lately, I've been reading some books that have piqued my interest in the French approach to food. Let me just say, it is quite different than ours in America! This picture is the back of the book French Kids Eat Everything: How Our Family Moved to France, Cured Picky Eating, Banned Snacking, and Discovered 10 Simple Rules for Raising Happy, Healthy Eaters. This picture is the 10 simple rules. I don't agree with everything, but if you're looking for an interesting read, I would suggest it!
